Dr. Brian Hart

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Hart is a native from Seattle who obtained his dental degree from Georgetown University where he graduated cum laude with honors. Following a Fellowship in Oral Surgery in Hagen, Germany, he completed his four-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Following his training, he stayed on as an Associate Assistant Professor at Harbour-UCLA for two years before returning to Seattle to enter private practice. 

Dr. Hart was one of the first oral surgeons in the state to have a dental CT-scanner in his office to better image his patients and also one of the first to offer his patients Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) for enhanced healing. He has served as Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Dentistry Oral Surgery Department.

Dr. Hart has been active as a volunteer with the Global Dental Relief Project, serving in Nepal, Cambodia, and three times in the Himalayas as the staff oral surgeon. He has been published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Outside the office Dr. Hart enjoys kitesurfing, mountain biking, and cooking all kinds of cuisine.
