Receptionist
We’re looking for a talented Receptionist to join our friendly Front Desk team!
Welcome to Dental Care Seattle—a well-established Seattle dental office in the First Hill neighborhood! We're a multiple-doctor, modern practice with an energetic staff looking for a responsible, outgoing team player seeking a long term stable position with room for growth and advancement. We take pride in offering state-of-the-art technology, a beautiful light-filled and modern office, and the best possible care to our patients. Not only is our staff welcoming and supportive, we feel more like family than co-workers!
Current opening: 3-4 days per week!

Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones promptly
Greeting patients warmly as they check in
Responding to and sending emails
Confirming appointments
Printing schedules and patient route slips
Updating patient information
Ideal Candidates Have:
Experience working in a dental office in any capacity
Proficient computer skills
Dentrix software knowledge
Great customer service skills
A positive and professional "can do" attitude
Required Education:
High school or equivalent
Other Relevant Experience:
Don’t have a dental or healthcare background? We’d also love to talk if you’ve worked in a hotel, at a salon, an office building or have held any other receptionist position and you’re willing to learn!

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay rate determined by experience.
